NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPED

American Microwave Corporation has developed an Ultra High Speed Pulse Modulator with 2 nS Rise and Fall times with a 20 nS Min. Pulse Width @ 50% Duty Cycle.  The Modulator operates from 0.5 to 20.0 GHz and can handle RF Input Power up to +20 dBm with only ±10 mV Max. Video Transient.  The Isolation is 60 dB with 2.0 dB Typical Insertion Loss and 4.5 dB Max Insertion Loss @ 20 GHz.  The unit is only 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" and operates with just -5 vdc@ 30 mA Max.
